Susan Novell to Present at RIMS Annual Conference on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

Westlake Village, CA (January 10, 2022) – Senior Partner/President Susan Novell will present a joint session at the upcoming Risk Management Society (RIMS) Annual Conference & Exposition to be held April 10-13, 2022 in San Francisco, CA at the Moscone Center.
This session takes place on April 13, 2022 at 1:45 p.m., and will discuss creating a sustainable culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B), which is essential to the future of the global risk and insurance industry. Speakers will explore the value of building a workplace that is committed to DEI&B and gain an understanding of the unique challenges businesses and leaders face when designing and executing DEI&B strategies. How does an organization create a plan for taking those next steps to ensure that their program is taking REAL action, and not just “checking the box”?
