California DWC Announces Return of In-Person Hearings, by Michael Costello

It is official, the Division of Workers Compensation (DWC) has announced ‘in-person’ appearances will resume starting on October 1, 2021. The live appearances will be limited to Trials. This includes Expedited Hearings, as well as Lien Trials. All other court appearances will continue to be held telephonically.
DWC Hearing Notices will be updated as of September 17, 2021.
