On March 14th, COO, Misty Price presented at CLM's 2019 Annual Conference held at the Orlando World Center Marriott. The panel topic was, "Using Next Generation Technology to Improve Your Litigated Claim Mangement Program." Ms. Price was joined by speakers, John McGann from AXA XL, Ann Stephenson from Gallagher Bassett, Vincent Venturella from Wolters, Kluwer, ELM Solutions and Lauren Watstein from Chubb. The panelists discussed how next generation technology, including the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, can bring new insights and successes to better manage claims defense.
