Our Analytics and Consulting Division recently published on a co-authored article with Deloitte about the current and future state of analytics in Workers' Compensation Litigation. Being one of the largest WC Defense firms in the country has allowed us the opportunity to collect vast amounts of data. Through our analytics and consulting division we are evaluating and identifying models to leverage this data, to align with our clients needs for cost containment in workers compensation litigation. We believe the workers compensation industry is looking for increased efficiencies and better outcomes. We recently partnered with Deloitte in authoring this article to raise awareness of the present and future use of analytics, data mining and predictive modeling in Workers’ Compensation Defense. This article was published in the spring edition of Litigation Management Magazine.
