Bio

Zachary Cuesta received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law.

Mr. Cuesta has been involved in workers’ compensation for two years. Prior to joining Testan Law, Mr. Cuesta represented injured workers, acquiring experience in every aspect or workers’ compensation litigation. He is committed to a service oriented mindset regarding legal advocacy: providing up to date legal advice and consistent client communication meant to maximize client agency.
