Bio

Daniel Xiao is a proud alum of Indiana University, graduating in 2020 with a degree in Sports Marketing and Management. He went on to attend Santa Clara University School of Law. At Santa Clara, Daniel was a board member of the Blockchain & Compliance Legal Society as well as an active member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

 

Daniel has been garnering experience in Workers’ Compensation defense practice since receiving his Juris Doctorate in May 2024, working for a SoCal defense firm while studying for the bar. Since then, he has worked for a number of Los Angeles County firms as both a hearing representative and associate attorney prior to joining Testan Law in March of 2026.

 

Outside of work Daniel enjoys cheering on Bay Area sports teams and training Muay Thai and Brazillian Jiu Jutsu.
