Bio

Ms. Charles, a Partner  is a well-seasoned attorney who handles all aspects of workers’ compensation defense. She has a unique ability to craft litigation strategies to bring claims to swift resolution.

Before joining Testan Law, Ms. Charles worked as a senior associate at Llarena, Murdock, Lopez & Azizad. Previously, she was employed as a senior associate at Michael Sullivan & Associates. Throughout her career as a workers’ compensation attorney, she represented and continues to represent third party administrators, insurance carriers, corporations, self-insured employers, and public entities. Ms. Charles has also had the privilege of defending employers in civil matters such as allegations of employment discrimination and harassment wage violations and wrongful termination.

Ms. Charles is licensed in multiple states and has been a member of the California State Bar since 2009.
