Bio
Michael Huynh attended the University of California, San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in BioChemistry and Cell Biology. He then attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude and also served as Student President for the American Constitution Society and Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Center. Michael also helped coordinate an International Intellectual Property Symposium on the TRIPS Agreement.
Mr. Huynh has practiced workers’ compensation both as an applicant’s attorney and a defense attorney since 2011. Michael has returned to Testan Law, after having gained experience with a civil litigation firm in discrimination litigation and wage and hour litigation.
Mr. Huynh has represented a wide range of clients - from small institutional clients to Fortune 500 clients. He has varied and extensive experience in all phases of litigation from inception through trial.
Mr. Huynh is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyer’s Club of San Diego and The American Bar Association and, in his free time, he enjoys being with his family, playing basketball, surfing and walking his dogs.
